She also had a lot of guilt from an age when she invited Michael Higgins to go swimming with her early in his life. Since Myra was strong and violent, she often picked on Michael like a fragile little brother. And she later blamed herself forMichael's death because she could have been there to save him. After he left prison, Ian decided he never wanted to return to manual labor. He found work as a stock clerk but soon began dating another woman named Myra Henley.
