Finding Your Person in Your Twenties

i just want to know from our audience, do you feel like we need more structure? Because aran are the kind of people where we thrive in less structure in some ways. And sometimes it seems all over the place, and sometimes it seems disorganized. We really try to talk to you guys off the cuff, because that is the most by the way, i can't say the word authentic any more. It's off the cuff. So anyways, i er, i guess i just wants to know from you guys if that is the style you like, or would you like to see us a little bit more structured speaking f that structure?
