Wouldn't You Feel Better if You Had a Bunker?

As long as the russians will be able to finish their war in some way that allows them to save face, then i think it would lower the risk of the conflict spreading beyond the region. Wouldn't you feel better if you actually had a bunker in your back a blast a blast room in your basement, or a bunker inyour back yard? wouldn't that make you feel better? But i think that the risk is much, much lower.
