More success in education relies very heavily on more success in strong families and strong faith commitments. There were pockets, as bob is mentioning, that there are these islands of excellence where there are already strong faith communities embracing schools. To glen's point, there is no top down suddenly we're just going to have a much broader a engagement in faith. However, we should recognize the power of what already exists and create bonds between the institutions that right now are so fractured.
