So if you were to have two or three meals a day that were Middle Eastern, Asian, with lovely tasting, aromatic spices, you'd be well on the way. And then if you wanted to make sure, sometimes concentrated supplements of things like turmeric and cinnamon and ginger in the capsules so you can just swallow them.
