Is There a Level Below With Meritocracy?

There's a terrible cycle that's going on in which people were not raised as you were raised. You've got to go down at the root cause and you've got to deal with that. Capitalism is a wonderful system, but it needs to be reformed where some of the things that generate a profit do not necessarily achieve the income goal. That doesn't mean give out welfare. It means invest well for the society to be more productive both individually and others.
