There's a few reasons for it. One is social proof. In these videos of simply touring properties, giving the proper consent following the rules, but it shows that you're busy in the marketplace. That activity begets more activity. And then attraction follows the downward slope of that bell curve because eventually folks want to work with you. They start seeing videos on social and they start saying, "Oh, wow, you're really you're really doing something special out there"
