Reflective Practice and Transition of Views

I'm leaning towards just using evolution immersion and transition of views because even though they're old, I could still go back to them. And that's why I used it because it's like it's the closest, but it's still not quite. So where I see reflective practice what's reflective practice do to old views. This is why I get frustrated at education systems, formal education systems, because they underestimate children so much. Yes, whenever I coached kids, they would always ask me really found questions. The coaching obviously was because I was coaching sport, it was kind of limiting.
