The Struggles of Singer's Hedge Fund

Singer's hedge fund that he founded, I think in the 70s, is called Elliot Management. No relation to me, unfortunately, from all financial affairs. But spelled the same as my last name. What they're best known for are these, you know, what are sometimes described as activist investments. They have a big lawsuit going against like the London Metal Exchange over something that happened with like nickel trading a few years ago. The most famous example, and there's a bunch of examples, is this like 13 year saga of litigation against like the nation of Argentina.
