If you believe in the ideas that informed and created the Second Amendment, and I don't, you wielding that against me has no value in the arguments. Just because you've been taught it as right doesn't mean you're necessarily going to see it as such. We're seeing people realize the structure of faith isn't necessarily to make you not have things that your body wants or what your mind thinks you want. The paradigm we're shifting is not quite yet something that you call a great awakening, but a shift away from the nihilistic new atheist movement that dominated the 90s and early 2000s.
