The Effects of Randomization on Antimicrobial Resistance in an ICU
The findings of our manuscript apply to this population that you describe as a high-poemune situation, and they have a 40-plus percent of three months mortality. So I think it's important that to understand that these findings apply to our very sick ICU patients. We also agree that antibiotics might have playotropic effects which have not only related to their anti-bug activity. But overall, at the moment, we have not identified any subgroup which can clearly benefit.
