Is There a Risk of Soft and Dead Non-Repayman?
We are seeing support economic growth this year with not much in the way of inflationary pressure. China has been undertaking very strict COVID policies coupled with tightening buyers on the housing market. And as a result, we are not really seeing upward pressure in interest rate. But to your question about any risk of soft and dead non-repayman, we have been seeing property developers defaulting on some of the offshore bonds.
