Body Glide

I would always recommend the body glide stuff if you're having any kind of chafing. I bought some when I was doing half-mouthe in training a while ago and I use it whenever I run longer than maybe like seven or eight miles. It's very, again, it doesn't get in your way. But I don't know whether this, if you are somebody who feels that you have to wear a pad and you wouldn't feel comfortable without it, I can't quite imagine whether this would work. The piripant's body glide is definitely the way forward.
