Contracting Direct - I'm Not on the Contract, but I've Experiered the Contracts.

Producers are going direct o yoer producers, offering contracts. They will guarantee a price throughout the year. I'm not party fully to them, because i'm not on the contract andd there's a lot of non disclosure agreements around that. But it was traditionally quite a good price, contracting directly with a retailer. And then during that 20 19 epidemic, we hit record prices for finished lam in spring - which is derision when we get our highest price anyway.
