What Are the Commonalities Amongst Leaders?
I'm thinking about some of these leaders i over over your career, you've worked with hundreds and hundreds of different leaders. Are there commonalities amongst them? I think, i think so. Haven't written all that much about leadership. But to think about two very different leaders that had a real impact on me. O, first of all, herb kellaher at southwest airlines.
