Most users of the service click on a lot of stuff and they don't know they're clicking on ads. I personally think this particular point is perhaps much more egregious for Amazon than Google. If you are a third party seller on Amazon, you probably have to advertise if you wish to scale your business in any form or fashion. It's just so much so many like sponsored ads are sponsored by result that it's very confusing even for me.
