The Next Battle Ground Is Data
Open data is an opportunity for banks to start providing non banking services. We are very soon going to enter a space where other industry data will also be available. I think nobody knows exactly how to utilize this data and what sort of in ation or improvement it can drive, either within existing journeys or into timal journeys. That's why i say the battle ground will be daed u organizations, for people who are able to understand that and pell new protestant services which use this new available data. Said, we'll start making a difference.
