The average crossfit box around the country shows lots of women that are reasonably strong and a look pretty good. A woman's hormonal situations is not likely to make you more muscular than you want to be. And if you're gaining muscle in an anabolic situation, that will add to your shape. You can gain fat or you can lose fat. But it's its these distinctions and a and orienting things around optimizing body composition that i think is just a giant misnomer.
