The Importance of Community in a Business
For me, it's the factor that we use for everything. It's looking after people is making them feel welcome. And I work very hard to try and make sure I have a good continuation of staff in terms of long-term staff members. People from the local area come in once, twice, sometimes three times a day. So you're having 20 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds conversations with them, making connections. If you weren't here, we wouldn't know what to do. We'd be lost.
