Intuitive Fasting Is a Byproduct of Metabolic Flexibility

If you are metabolically inflexible, which I think is essentially synonymous with insulin resistance and our metabolic dysfunction, your intuition is broken. You cannot go by your intuition. If you're bound by insatiable cravings and hangariness, it's actually going to be these things disguise themselves as your intuition. So that's really what I'm talking about intuitive fasting. It is a byproduct of of metabolic flexibility.
