Do Leg Curls Before Squats?

I would typically do leg curls before squats and they were great but that was more of like a warm-up thing so you know if I kind of fatigue the knee flexion function of the of the hamstrings before squatting that's not gonna necessarily limit my squat performance. A lot of people report that they feel like they can get their glutes into the deadlift better at lockout if they do some light hip thrust before they deadlift. Even if the deadlift is what matters more to you doing that other exercise for activation purposes before you deadlift may be beneficial. For the most part I think just the general principle of exercises that matter more to you put them earlier in your workout will
