Is chat gpt3 conscious uh i'm kidding yeahYeah, we've covered this pretty extensively lately okay well since we're going there let's just take a moment and say because i started to ask people with this what do you guys think of AGI? There has been some misquoted comments about the consciousness of chat gPT3 last of you misquoted it um but i do think that fast learning is kind of one of the major hallmarks of intelligence so regardless of whether we design that manually or it's emerging property of our systems fast adaptation fast learning will be a product in the generally capable systems going forward
