I just had an hour long call with some behavior analyst in an emerging country where, you know, they've got a billion people and they only have eight behavior analysts. And when I said we have to, the code says you have to approach them and say something., there was this dead silence on the phone for about five seconds. One of the people from this country said, well, I'm not going to say that. That would be very unusual that you would actually approach somebody.
