There was an absence of a theoretical frameword to frame or reframe food as the commons in our 20 first century. I had to develop my own theoretical framework that was something that i came at the end of my research. Customary food systems, that many of them, are still surviving and are alive and thriving just because they are useful and rasiliant. A therare different ways of sharing food, or, let's say, exchanging food, that are not going through the market mechanism.
