Is There a Ser at All for Potassium?

There's no such thing as salt sensitivity. Salt has to be balanced by potassium. If it's not, one of the consequences o your blood pressure can increase. I think that the optimal target would be to get up to four point seven grams of potassium. And if you're salting your food to taste, you, you, anyone carnivor or not, should be mindful of their potassium and take.
