Develop a Skill Set of Self Awareness

You have to develop that skill set of self awareness. You know, im sain, you got to be honest with that work. It's not we, i'm doing the work when no one's looking, but you're not really doing the work. Life is very much like a tree. You're ither growing or dying. The second you stop growing, you're dying. We have the opportunity in front of us every day to continue to grow. I mean, there's lots of people out there that nobody's ever heard of who are talented. And if they don't rely exclusively on their talent, they never developed any skills that take them past the present and into the future
