The Unguided Ability to Make Up Oneself

In the famous case, Planned Parenthood versus Casey in 1993, Supreme Court said people should be able to define their own concept of existence. That is what we could call an understanding of freedom as absolutely unlimited autonomy. The first thing we can say about human beings or our free agency more specifically is that it is ordered to our overall well-being or it's ordered to happiness. All human beings by nature desire or are inclined towards happiness towards the fulfillment of our very being.
