Collective Creativity Commons in Milan Since the 1960s

The chapter presents a more constructive nevertheless harmful planning approach. It looks at how a new generation of urban policies are trying not to destroy, but actually to co-opt or incorporate somehow and to sanitize the commons. How they are trying to capture these collective capacities to reimagine places in context of urban decline. And at the same time, how these strategies try to remove the antagonistic quality of civil-term commons.
