The Influence of Billy Boy on Barbie

Billy Boy was a recent American expat and wanted to inject his favorite doll with the Oak-A-Tour glamour she's so truly deserved. With some extra help from his friend and mentor and the 1950s superstar model, the Tina Graziani, he convinced nearly 50 designers in total to create custom looks. Other designer contributions came in from Kenzo Emmanuelle and Garro, Pierre Cardin, Andrea Korej, and Eve Saint Laurent.
