How to Treat Sarcoidosis Patients
The main approach is really organ dysfunction. Quality of life is an issue that we often consider in sarcoidosis. And then there are these other symptoms that don't fit nice and neat into a category like fatigue, generalized malaise or nice wets. There's no clear cut objective data in lots of ways to determine whether a patient should be treated. So all of these factors sort of go into the approach to treatment.
