The Differences Between Whistled Speech and Whistler Mode
The phenomenon in question is usually referred to as whistled languages, but there are no languages that exist primarily in the whistled mode. I don't really have a whole lot of good terminology for referring to speech that is not transposed into something other than regular speech. So normal might be problematic in some ways, but it's the best I've got.
