The Situation in Sudan in the Last Days
Many people are on the move trying to get out of Ha'atu. There is a very bad humanitarian situation for tens or hundreds of thousands that are currently stuck on the Arguin border crossing with Egypt. But there is also an atmosphere of lawlessness that is spreading in around the city. We have seen videos on social media of factories being burned, grain stores being looted. This is the situation in Khartoum. The situation in Darfur is much worse. Heavy fighting reported in West Darfur where the police is reported to have opened their gun stores for civilians to protect themselves from attacks.
