The Three Stages of Grieving
Venting of emotions is another phase where we want to vent with the person who hurt us. We have to take some accountability because it is a relationship. As you work through the anger, you just get tired and sadness is what you begin to recognize. And then the final stage is acceptance. This is a healing process. It's built into our systems to help us cope with numerous losses we experience in life.
