With each month, the goal of this programme is to make one permanent change. The challenges are really simple: eat a few new vegetables in week three and then do it for five months. Then there's stress, sleep, movement - you can see dramatic changes if you focus on these six areas. And as with any podcast, people will have their own goals that they want to achieve. But by doing them all at once, i think we'll be able to improve our quality of life together.
