The Abstract Inversion

Normally you would build the simple little building box, right? You're going to piece those building blocks to create a more complicated thing. Flip that on its head, and that's the abstraction inversion, one huge complex. I cont o orn say, how do i know if i'm going down this path? Like azer like a some sort of signal or something that i can use to help me realize when i'm doing this?
