The Importance of Partnering With Public Builders

I spent a lot of time looking at the quarterly filings for a lot of the largest public builders. And so I said, why instead of trying to go to the open market and buy homes, why don't I partner up with them? It was going to have upgraded features because it was built for people who wanted to end up buying it, not renting it. So we piggyback and learned a lot in the process and continue to learn.
