The Importance of Conditioning in Strength Training

So long as the training load, with respect to volume intensity and frequency of exercise are appropriately matched for the individual, those things all tend to improve. Raising the floor of your conditioning allows you to do so much more than you used to be able to do. The thing is you have to do this in a graded manner. It's like, well, if you're going from zero to seven or as Drake would say zero to a hundred real quick, that's too much.
