I was with the England national Karate team for maybe seven or eight months. I basically got to a point where I was training 14 times a week Yeah, that's a lot. That probably lasted for about a year and then I just pulled out of the England squad Because the intensity is just way too high. There's no weight classes So I'm not a big guy, you know, I'm like maybe 73 kilos And you could be sparring with guys at a 90 to 100 kilos because they don't want you to take their spot.
