The Paradox of the Scientific Revolution

We are on the cusp of this scientific revolution, which makes a scientific dictatorship possible. We don't have necessarily generations of time in which to do this. Some will say, but won't they come after that parallel society? As if that's a rebuttal to what I've laid out here. To paraphrase, fifth-generation warfare is a strange game. The only winning move is not to play. War is over, if we want it.
