The Power of Witnessing
Peter says we are witnesses of all that he did. We're witnesses and I find that's a common theme through all of the readings on this Easter Sunday. Father Jacob Bertram was talking beautifully about how it's that particular encounter with Jesus that Peter saw in his calling. He is speaking as one who has encountered God and is giving witness to that.
