A lot of opportunities for using data actually are more customer facing. If you provide the customer more visibility and more data, at least they're happier. Another negative example that I harp on frequently is that if the airlines need my bag, I know they have a lot of data. They've done it multiple times. And so it's extremely hard for me to find out where my missing bag is once it goes missing. Those kinds of experiences, I think going back to what you said, Joe, about sell the customer something they want, sell them an experience that they want as well.
