The View From Somewhere by Louis Raven Wallace, a Trans Journalist
I wanted to bring all of those parts of myself together. I ended up sharing more than I had planned in ways that do make me uncomfortable at times. But if I'm asking people to share about the intimate parts of their lives, then I feel like I should be willing to do so as well. The mix ended up being a different mix than I thought when it began. It was some memoir, some kind of social science research and journalism reporting.
