The Supreme Court's Response to the Texas Court Decision
The Fifth Circuit has asked for briefing by tonight. That's Tuesday at midnight, so clearly we're going to hear something within the seven day window. The Department of Justice also sent a note, a little love note, to the Washington state judge that said, how would you like us to interpret your injunction if we don't hear back in seven days from Texas? Do you believe that this is in direct contradiction? Or is there some way to simply read yours, for instance, that by undoing the 2000 approval, it doesn't matter about this 2023, the REMS, the restrictions that they were suing on?"
