I hope that message is being sent clearly in high level channels between the us. And russia and with other nato partners. I would use potentially the garasimof milly channel, or potentially the austin shogu channel. It's very important those channels of communication remain open no matter how bad this war gets. If they use nuclear weapons in ukraine, they are existentially threatening themselves. There is no need to do it, but they threaten themselves if they usenuclear weapons. At that point, all restraint on nado's part has to be reassessed.
