How to Be Still During the Pandemic

Being still is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. It's an opportunity to be with our thoughts and feelings, a chance to clearly hear the desi s of our hearts. Start with just five minutes and notice what comes up for you. Try not to judge it or make commentary about it. Just allow it to come up, and then maybe journal about it after the five minutes are up. As you continue to practise, it gets easier, and you may find yourself eager for this part of your day. I'd love to hear if there are other things you've been doing or practising to tend to your mental health,. especially during the pandemic.
