Working With a Leader Who's Unpredictable?
David Weinberger says he tried to avoid contact with WeWork CEO Adam Newman for the first three months of his role at Meetup. After that, they started talking more regularly and it was a good learning experience according to Weinberger. "You have to decide as a leader whether or not a person that you're going to come in contact with is someone that you can potentially find a working relationship," said Weinberger.
