We find ourselves in burn out when we spend too much time just getting by. Self care is more than just doing the minimum to keep yourself going. We're social creatures, and a lack of meaningful time with friends and family takes a toll. The last thing i want to say about preventing burnout is that we don't need to be sprinting to our next goal all the time. I know that it can feel like we're behind sometimes, even a lot of the time, but there's no finish line.
