How to Make a Product Work for You

Many product organizations end up taking on a lot of incidental complexity when they're trying to build this product that's their vision. Most programmers can't do all these things super well because they just need to get the MVP out, they need to make it work. And I think there's really something to be said for like the culmination of all these shortcuts that people take in like making a product not as enjoyable.
