The rate of start ups in this country has been falling since the eighties. What could a small business do to identify kind of an undermine pool of talent that isn't bein yes? I was struck recently by looking at a set of numbers, and i may have been on marginal revolution. And ta thing about ah, that that's so worrying as i would have thought an awful lot of what it takes to encourage some one,. that takes for some one to start a new business is some kind of direct knowledge of some one else who started a new business.
