Whole Grains vs Refined Grains

In one of their 2016 RCTs, they had a look at blood pressure specifically here. By and large, we see benefit for whole grain, but not necessarily a complete falling apart of health with refined grain. But you're not going to die of metabolic or cardiovascular disease necessarily from consuming refined grains. And that probably is relevant then when we think about free living context and long term health.
